Recommendations






I had an hour to kill while my tires were getting replaced so I walked across the street to the Borders Store. Any time you put me in a place filled with music and books – I go crazy, I am almost like a kid in a candy store. First few minutes were spent in perplexing, trying to figure out where to start and then I saw those music stations.





As I browsed through some of the albums and portals, I stopped in front of the the pop-rock section. What is pop-rock by the way? And how can you put Pink Floyd in that section? Pink Floyd / Led Zepellin ideally should go to a section called “Classic Rock.” Anyway, I listened to 2 albums which I liked immediately. Well, I always enjoy Acoustics and both of them were kind of unplugged, reminded me of Nirvana’s classical “MTV Unplugged” performance. Joe's (considered a punk legend) album "streetcore" gives a mixture of various genre of music - rock, pop, hip-hop, folk, reggae while Godsmack's acoustic versions may surprise their heavy metal fans. So, these are the recommendations of the week:
