Fall B starts with a bang

Today was absolutely a blast. The plethora of good professors in Fall B is absolutely amazing. I am especially excited to have the new star marketing professor teaching the core, she just moved in this year from Kellogg. Her first class was astoundingly insightful and energetic. This is going to be hell of a ride and I am so glad to be a part of it. Well!! I am so looking forward to marketing ruining my life. [Her catch line.] Then there is Linda Lim teaching World Economy, another star professor. I heard the finance professor is also exceptionally good. MO 503 is not bad too.

After returning back from the West Coast Forum yesterday I suddenly felt overwhelmed with an impounding 250 pages of read for the 3 classes today. I managed, I survived – I guess this is business school. They pound you with this entire course load and expect you to prioritize and get the best out of it. I hope that I don’t over commit myself this term and maintain my sanity for the rest of the 7 weeks.

I don’t know if I want to return back to bay area – I am seriously thinking after my visit last week. WCF was a success especially when measured by the increased weight of visiting card goodies I collected. (Only if you measure success by the extra ounces I have gained in my wallet.) Good news is EBAY is coming to campus this year – great to be added to the list of other 2 schools. It is exciting days at Michigan and the fun has only started.
